Longtime Council brother and Treasurer Reynald Multari was named to the Youngstown Area Chapter Knights of Columbus Hall of Fame on Saturday night October 18th at the chapter's annual Clergy Dinner at the Croatian Home on the Westside. Ray has been with the council since 1997 and is active with the 4th Degree Assembly as well. Good job Ray!

Brother Paschal drives away with another load of pine branches from the cemetery behind St Paul's. Four of the large trees behind the Stations of the Cross were badly damaged.

Volunteers worked to remove a large tree from atop one of the Stations of the Cross. The Knights of Columbus assisted; providing pizza to the other volunteers that included students from Cardinal Mooney High School and friends and neighbors of St Paul's.

Knights to the rescue! Several large trees have fallen in the historic St Pauls cemetery in Ellsworth Township. A sad scene indeed: our namesake Fr Francis Barrano's grave is one of those covered in debris.

Money is needed to fix the leaky bell tower at St Michael Parish.

Head of the council's Round Table for St Michael Parish, Gus R (right), hands a council check for $1000 to Pastor Fr Terry. Gus is also bringing representatives from other groups at the church together to brainstorm ways to fund the estimated $75,000 in needed church repairs.

The honor guard, bishop and participants march to the billboard from St Luke Church

Fourth degree honor guard leads everyone through the field to the sign.

Bishop George Murry is assisted by Deacon Ernie Formichelli.

The weather was beautiful and sunny for the Saturday afternoon ceremony.

The bishop blesses the billboard in front of members of the honor guard from the Bishop James Malone Assembly. See below for more on the history of the bollboard campaign.
